MY HOPE IS THAT THE STUDENTS I TEACH CAN SHARE THIS PASSION WITH ME.
In this class you will be led through a breath flow (similar to a yoga flow) where you transition through different breathing patterns, each designed to invite peace, presence and play. Through this experience you will relax into your natural state of being, achieve a great sense of rest and exercise your intuition to gain insights and clarity about your life.

“I highly value physical and emotional growth and wellbeing. Health, self-improvement, and mindful living are my greatest priorities in life. The practice of yoga is a journey of life-long learning: the more you practice, the more you are able to deepen your relationship with yourself, to see things more clearly and to be a better person every day. As a teacher, I deeply understand the importance of creating a safe space that allows people to explore the depths of their minds and the possibilities of their own bodies, to learn how to deeply listen to themselves, and unlock unlimited opportunities to go further with one’s experience though practice. Yoga has changed my life, allowing me to flourish and grow, to be more peaceful and joyful and now I love sharing the knowledge I’ve gained through this journey to others.”
