Abigayle grew up in Hayden, AL and moved to Birmingham in Fall of 2011. She attended UAB and graduated with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. A couple years later, she found herself back at UAB and graduated with a Bachelor's in Nursing. In Spring of 2015, she was invited by Trina to take a class at Kiva. She found that the practice was so impactful, challenging, healing and transformative that she knew this is exactly where she wanted to be, and 7 years later she's still here. Abigayle completed the Hot 26 & 2 teaching training in the Summer of 2021, and will complete the Barkan Method teacher training this September.
