At Shine Yoga, we meet you where you are to share good health and healing through yoga and meditation with people from every level of wellness and every walk of life. We promote peace and wellbeing by preparing the body with the practice of asanas, healing the body with the power of our own energy, quieting the mental clutter with breathing and meditation, and carrying our calm confidence off the mat into our daily lives. Yoga and meditation are great tools for relieving stress, learning to calm and quiet the mind and connect to that place of peace, that is within us all (even if we haven’t accessed it in a long time.) Yoga can help increase flexibility, move energy blocks and get to know yourself from the inside with yin classes. There is no judgment at Shine, everyone is welcome.
