My practice and work with others centers on the belief that our growth depends on our willingness and ability to meet ourselves with curiosity, empathy, and love. My journey with yoga and meditation started in 2007, when I discovered the power of intentional breath and movement to create a grounding sense of oneness within myself and the world around me. I began taking steps to deepen my commitment to my practice by studying shamanic practices with Cosetta Romani and Ivo Grossi (beginning in 2014), and thereafter completing my Reiki Certification (2017) and my yoga teacher training through Anusara-based Seattle Yoga Arts (2019). Having worked in Tech for over a decade, I believe in the balance that yoga and meditation can bring to our day-to-day, often stressful or hectic, lives. In my work as a practitioner, I am passionate about helping others leverage yoga and spiritual practices as a way to connect with themselves more deeply and in doing so, unlock their greatest potential and expand the way they show up in their relationships, work, and approach to life. My offerings revolve around breath, meditation, mindful movement, connection to the natural world, sound healing, and energy work. On a personal note, I grew up in Spokane, Wa and am currently based in White Salmon, Wa after spending over a decade in Seattle. I love to spend my time skiing, mountain biking, hunting & fishing where I am inspired by the beauty and peace of nature.
