Yoga in the Park is amazing! So nice to be at one with nature. Valerie lead a great Yin class and I am so looking forward to the next one.
Kat has been on a journey of healing her body, mind & spirit
through many different modalities for the past 25 years. She began
her yoga journey in 1996 and she eventually found her way to a more
focused and dedicated yoga practice at Serene Yoga Studio in 2013.
Kat completed her 200-hour Yoga Actions Teacher Training in 2019,
and is currently working towards her 500-hour certification.
Kat moves through her own personal yoga practice with the understanding that the more space & ease one can create in the physical body, the more space & ease there will be in the nervous system (including the brain), and therefore also in one's overall emotional state. As more comfort & capacity is found in the body, the more peaceful & quiet mind will become.
