RYT 200-hr Kat has been on a journey of healing her body, mind & spirit through many different modalities for the past 25 years. She began her yoga journey in 1996 and she eventually found her way to a more focused and dedicated yoga practice at Serene Yoga Studio in 2013. Kat completed her 200-hr Yoga Actions Teacher Training at Serene Yoga Studio in 2019. Kat moves through her own personal yoga practice with the understanding that the more space & ease one can create in the physical body, the more space & ease there will be in the nervous system (including the brain), and therefore also in one's overall emotional state. As more comfort & capacity is found in the body, the more peaceful & quiet mind will become. Kat assists with the 200-hour Serene Yoga Actions teacher training program and is currently working towards her 500-hr certification with Serene Yoga Studio.
