I have Fibromyalgia and do not like working out. Tuesday was my first time doing a Pilates workout. Class was easy to follow and Kamalar was safely teaching the class and helping this newbie. I had the best time and had energy for the rest of the day. The 55 min class felt like it was only 5 mins. Can't wait for my next class.
When I first started teaching, I noticed that many yoga classes were either too strenuous or too slow for active older folks. My class is designed for people who find the intense work-out style yoga classes to be more than they need, but who want more of a challenge than many gentle classes offer.
