"I'm here to offer good jiu jitsu to the area and my new community. I currently train under Travis Tooke and I owe much thanks to him for continuing to help me reach my goals and become better and better at BJJ. I would like to say thanks to Johnny Garcia,Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Network, who first taught me bjj-he has also been a great friend, Tony Torres of Urban Jungle-a real professional, Alvis Solis-one of the nicest guys on the planet, Travis Tooke-Team Tooke. These guys are all great and good instructors for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I owe them for success in the BJJ side of my training. As far as karate or stand up. Alot of credit goes to my family, its proud heritage, techniques and fighting techniques/instincts I was taught. Formally, I have learned from many but the all time standouts are Morio Higaonna, Okinawa (Featured on Hist Channel-Human Weapon) and Javier Monroy-Brownsville, Texas, as well as David Kardstadt-Phoenix, Arizona. These instructors are great and a good influence on my development of Cuaucalli. The karate program we teach now still embodies traditional values which help youth achieve through goal achievement and self respect.
