In this workshop, you'll learn simple, effective tools to regulate your nervous system and come back to a sense of calm and safety in your body. We'll combine gentle education with practical, body-based tehniques, so you leave with tools you can actually use in your daily life. This is a supportive, beginner-friendly space.
