The Open Gym

Some gyms you see on almost every major street corner. They’re large and in charge, and sometimes they can be intimidating, or worse — they can make you feel guilty about not being in the best shape. At the Open Gym, we take a different approach to fitness. Our gym is locally owned and operated by an owner who was raised right here in Albuquerque. We aren’t a franchise or a big gym chain. We’re one of a kind. There’s no other Open Gym in the nation, and that gives us the freedom to operate the Open Gym just as we’d want OUR GYM to be run. That means fitness classes are FREE, everyone is welcome and everyone is treated with warm respect. We don’t judge anyone here — we’re just happy that anyone who visits us is trying to be healthier when they’re here, and we support everyone 100%.
