Stretch Therapy is a hands-on mobility and flexibility session designed to release tension, improve range of motion, and help your muscles recover faster. Each session takes place on a massage table and includes up to 50 minutes of guided, assisted stretching. We work through major muscle groups and tight areas using controlled breathing, joint stabilization, and gentle pressure to lengthen and restore how your body moves. At the end of the session, we finish with targeted massage gun therapy to reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and enhance recovery.
