Perez Personal Training is a private,
appointment-only personal training studio in Santa Rosa designed
for people who want individualized coaching in a welcoming,
non-intimidating environment. Unlike a traditional gym, every
session is one-on-one and tailored to your goals, whether you're
improving strength, recovering from an injury, managing a chronic
condition, preparing for a specific activity, or simply looking to
move and feel better.
Our experienced coaches
specialize in functional fitness, strength training, balance,
mobility, corrective exercise, Pilates Reformer, healthy aging,
weight management, and Parkinson's-specific exercise. We believe
everyone deserves to feel stronger, more confident, and
