CELL Experience

Exclusively for First-Time Clients Only

Not sure where to start? Let's find out, together.

The CELL Experience is your introduction to CELL Performance Lab.

This is not a rushed trial or a high-pressure sales appointment. It's an opportunity to experience our signature therapies firsthand, learn how they feel in a real clinical setting, and have a genuine conversation with the CELL team about your health, recovery and wellbeing goals.

What's Included
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) – 55 minutes
Full Body Red Light Therapy – 25 minutes
Infrared Sauna & Ice Bath Contrast Experience – 55 minutes
Best-in-Class Technology. Worth Experiencing for Yourself.

At CELL, we've invested in equipment that reflects our commitment to evidence-based recovery and performance optimisation.

You'll experience our spacious 2.0 ATA seated hard-shell Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, selected after extensive research into both clinical outcomes and client comfort.

Our Full Body Red Light Therapy Bed delivers more than 41,600 LEDs across five clinically researched wavelengths, providing true 360-degree light exposure rather than the limited coverage of a single-panel system.

You'll also experience our NUVIE Infrared Sauna and Ice Bath, purpose-built recovery technology designed to provide precise temperature control and a premium contrast therapy experience.

This isn't equipment chosen because it was convenient or inexpensive. It was chosen because we believe our clients deserve the very best.

Clinician-Led Care. The CELL Difference.

What truly sets CELL apart is not the equipment. It's the people.

CELL Performance Lab is personally led by Dr Sara Winchester, ensuring every client experience is grounded in genuine clinical care rather than a transactional, walk-in wellness model.

During your visit, you'll have time to discuss:

How each therapy felt
What you noticed during the session
Your recovery, wellness or performance goals
Whether any of these therapies may be suitable for your individual needs

Our focus is understanding you, not selling to you.

Why We Offer the CELL Experience

We believe you should experience Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy and Contrast Therapy for yourself before making any commitment.

Rather than relying on online claims or quick demonstrations, you'll participate in real sessions and gain a practical understanding of what each therapy involves.

If you decide CELL is right for you, we'll help you choose the membership or treatment pathway that best aligns with your goals, not simply the most expensive option.

CELL Experience — Discover the CELL Method First-Time Client Experience

CELL Performance Lab is a clinician-led
health clinic in Terrigal, built around real health outcomes —
recovery, chronic condition support, energy, healthy ageing and
performance.
Our point of difference is the CELL Method: a
personalised, evidence-informed protocol where Hyperbaric Oxygen
Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath and Private
Contrast Suite sessions are stacked and sequenced around your
specific goals — not booked as isolated, one-off treatments.
Every plan is guided by Dr Sara Winchester, a qualified
chiropractor with over 25 years of clinical experience, so your
protocol is built on real clinical judgement, not a generic
checklist.
CELL is co-located with Align & Activate Chiropractic
at 57 Terrigal Drive, Terrigal — Dr Sara's established chiropractic
practice, giving you access to both chiropractic and recovery care
in one place, with easy on-site parking.
We welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels,
including younger clients with parent or guardian consent. No
experience necessary — our team will guide and adjust your plan as
you progress.
