All Yoga Classes are at Phx College and All massage therapy
sessions are at 2028 W edgemont redisdential location with a
private business entrance for clients.
There are zoom options for all classes and private sessions for
yoga, PT, family sessions, YTT, mediation, breathwork, cupping,
guasha, hospice care and dance choreography.
We are a small female owned, community based massage therapy
& yoga studio that offers classes, private sessions, yoga
teacher training for 200/300, workshops for CEU's through yoga
alliance as well as homeschool sessions using ESA funds, family and
solo, local, and international retreats and so much more. Contact
