About the Event

Get ready to sweat it out with Audrey in her 1st Yoga Sculpt class at Evoke! Yoga Sculpt is a 60-minute full-body workout combining yoga poses with strength training. It incorporates light hand weights, body weight, and gravity in a heated room (93-95 degrees) with added humidity. These upbeat, music-driven classes can test your endurance and strength, similar to a HIIT session. By blending yoga, cardio, and strength exercises, you can enhance your metabolism and develop lean muscles.   Complimentary for the entire Evoke Power community, friends, and family!
