Mi Vida Yoga’s mission is to bring yoga to everyBODY in order to
improve their health and quality of life. We will give back to the
community in the way of volunteering, and offering various support
groups to the community for the purpose healing and improving one’s
quality of life. Mi Vida Yoga Health & Wellness Center is a
warm and welcoming studio/virtual studio, locally and woman-owned,
and community-based, serving the needs of a variety of students.
With classes scheduled throughout the day, every day, you will find
your niche, and we are committed to your growth.
