Claudia Sun is a certified yoga instructor in her hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She isalso certified in chair yoga, trauma aware yoga, assisted stretch and works as a Flexologist.During the winter season, Claudia can also be found working on the mountain teachingsnowboarding.After a career in engineering, Claudia received her hot yoga certification from the Sacred HotYoga Method and began teaching yoga in 2013. She had practiced yoga occasionally for manyyears, but when she stepped into the hot room for the first time she was hooked. The hotroom and yoga teaching training was a life-changing experience, and Claudia discovered aprofound joy and passion for teaching. She hopes to bring this to her classes, and her intentionis to help people find body awareness and joy in their own practice. She is honored to holdspace and to be a guide for students.
