Drew’s background in health and fitness includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico or better known as Chico State and a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition from Northeastern University. Additional education that has helped Drew in his career is attending the National Personal Training Institute, where he also had the privilege of being a part of their academic team as a Practical Applications instructor. Also, his experience in personal training has allowed him to work with a diverse population including athletes, veterans, general population, and the Special Olympics. Recreationally, Drew enjoys participating in road races of any distance from 5K’s to half-marathons, Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, swimming, and hiking.
