Our family has been apart of TKD Wellness for a month now, and I must say that we love it. Master Torres is great with the kids as well as the teens and adults. Along with the Taekwondo tools that he teaches his students, he also provides them with tools to use outside of Taekwondo. He talks with them about setting goals for both in and outside of Taekwondo, he provides them with tools to help them focus and he imparts what I would like to call “little life nuggets” that allow the students to learn, grow, and thrive in their day to day lives. We are looking forward to this new journey at TKD Wellness and we invite you to come and check out a class or two. I know you will enjoy.
