Core is such a welcoming place. All the classes are good workouts, different every time, instructors are encouraging, give good cues, and stay up to date on training to keep us healthy. Clean environment and nice people. Best studio!!
Kristi’s training included a 500 hour comprehensive program including the Reformer, Cadillac RTC, Mat, Springboard, EXO Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, TRX, Functional Standing Movement and Myofascial Release through Balance Body. When Kristi is not practicing and teaching Pilates, she enjoys cycling, paddle boarding and playing golf. She is available for private sessions.
