Ava is a freshman at Tesoro High School and has been practicing yoga for 4 years. She completed her first 200hr teacher training in the summer of 2021 with UpLIFT yoga. She loves bringing a light-hearted approach to personal growth, inviting students to go deeper into their feelings and learn how to look at these feelings in a loving, positive way.
Ava encourages students to play, make faces, smile and take up space. She welcomes teens that are new or familiar to yoga and to arrive on your mat as you are! She creates a space where teens can find inner peace and have a place to relax in a safe and comfortable teen community.
