This class is designed specifically for youth football players who want to get faster, move better, and play with more confidence on the field.
Athletes will learn proper acceleration mechanics to improve their first step, burst off the line, and ability to separate from opponents. We also train multi-directional movement mechanics, teaching players how to decelerate, change direction, and re-accelerate efficiently—skills that directly translate to better cuts, quicker reactions, and safer movement during gameplay.
