<p>Join Gretchen House for a short practice scheduled around your busy day of Zoom calls and distance learning. In these classes, Gretchen teaches movements that increase mobility and strength and bring more attention to how we move in and out of asanas in our regular practice. The primary focus is on preparatory movements that highlight and develop the key actions needed for “effortless effort” in the final poses.</p>
