Some of the many benefits of these practices will be taught and are those that you will leave with an ability to integrate in your daily life. Some examples are redefining our response to anxiety, helping us learn for these experiences, and building awareness of our embodiment practices so our intelligent nervous systems can support us in building trust in our capacity to meet anxiety.

Join Beth Lyons NAMA Licensed Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga
Instructor will teach you about the ancient healing method Ayurveda
and prepare you to for a 3-7 day active cleanse that you can do on
your own time schedule. Beth will teach you how to prepare the body
for the cleanse and how to transistion out of the cleanse to
optimize cleansing benefits. Your present state will be assessd
with pulse diagnosis and questionnaire to determine the best spices
for your present dosha state. Learn the Ancient Wisdom of Ayurveda
to feel clear and healthy. Samples of Kitcheri will be served.
