Join us as we welcome back Ellyn Dent and Amanda Willis, both experienced sound healers and energy medicine practitioners, for our monthly sound healing event!
Allow the soothing rhythm of the grandmother drum and the resonant frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and peace. As the sound waves permeate your being, they can help to calm your nervous system, balance your energetic centers, and promote a sense of profound tranquility. Other benefits of sound healing include improved sleep quality, pain reduction, enhanced creativity and intuition, a boost to the immune system and a deeper connection to Self.
No prior experience is necessary. The studio will be set up ahead of time for you with a yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and weighted eye pillow, but you’re welcome to bring other items from home like a camping/exercise mat or pillow etc to ensure your comfort during this restorative sound healing event.

Winter is a season of stillness and waiting. As the natural world hibernates and gardens lie dormant, we too are invited to turn inward. The darkness of the season is a sacred portal- an invitation to rest, reflect, and prepare for the gradual return of light as we pass beyond the winter solstice. Candlelight surrounds us – in the windows of homes and storefronts – offering warmth and nurturing in this quiet season of preparation. It reminds us that we are one with the Holy, that the light we seek is already within. At the center of our being burns an unquenchable steady flame of love that illuminates our every dream, desire, and hope. Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, restorative yoga and guided meditation as we honor the returning light and reconnect with the divine radiance within us - that quiet center where all things are possible, where new life and transformation are waiting to blossom.
Ring in 2026 with a New Year’s Day powerful flow heated vinyasa class. We will begin with a series of Sun Salutations to set intentions for the year ahead and move any old energy out of the body. A vigorous vinyasa flow will lead to peak poses to challenge our body and mind and remind us we can handle anything 2026 brings us. Class will end with a savasana and short meditation leaving us both grounded and optimistic for the year ahead. The class will be taught in a warm room, around 80 degrees.
