A calorie isn't just a calorie.
Instead of just counting
calories, we now know that the macros - the nutrients your body needs like
carbohydrates, fats, and proteins - are a far
better way to measure and fuel your body with what it needs.
Over 28 days we learn how to calculate
macros, determine your needs and how we can meet our targets. Along
the way, you will meet virtually with our Macro group every Friday
to share, support and grow.
