These sessions are available pre-recorded on Wednesdays from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. or will be sent out after each session as a recording.
Learn To Climb: Teaches new climbers how to properly perform a warm up, expose climbers to different climbing terminology, show climbers different types of climbing holds, and provide information on how climbers can effectively utilize their feet when climbing.
