POW! NERF Skills & Sports Conditioning Camp
POW! NERF Skills & Sports Conditioning Camp combines our structured, athletic-driven summer camp programming with 2–3 supervised NERF skill-based activities each day. This camp is designed to keep kids moving, thinking, and collaborating while developing agility, coordination, teamwork, and decision-making — all in a fun, controlled environment.
Throughout the day, campers will participate in NERF challenges that focus on shooting accuracy, movement control, reaction time, and strategy. Activities may include individual and team shooting challenges, obstacle courses combined with target shooting, and movement-based games that require focus and problem-solving. All NERF activities take place inside the POW! studio and on our indoor track and are fully supervised by camp coaches.
POW! provides standardized NERF blasters (most are single-shot blasters for games) for most activities so that all campers are using the same equipment during skill challenges and games. Campers are welcome to bring their own NERF blasters for select games and battles, but owning a NERF blaster is not required to participate. For safety and consistency, no NERF activities take place at the park.
In addition to NERF activities, campers follow our standard POW! camp schedule, which includes agility training, relay games, team challenges, park time, neighborhood walking, field trips, board games, reading sessions, and art options. Campers are often allowed to vote on activities, and many days they choose to continue a favorite game or challenge rather than introduce a third NERF activity. This flexibility allows coaches to follow camper energy and interests while still maintaining structure and purpose.
Programming runs from 9:00am–3:15pm, with drop-off available as early as 8:00am and pick-up required by 4:00pm. Late arrivals are permitted, though we appreciate notification if arrival will be after 9:30am. Early pick-ups must be communicated directly to the front desk and camp coaches. For safety reasons, all drop-offs and pick-ups must occur at POW!.
Campers must bring a packed lunch, two snacks (morning and afternoon), and a refillable water bottle each day. Electronic devices are not permitted during structured activities, and POW! is not responsible for any devices brought to camp.
We aim to get outside 1–2 times daily, weather permitting. Please dress your child appropriately for outdoor play. Campers are also encouraged to bring a book, coloring book, or workbook for quiet or reset time.
