This small-group nutrition clinic is designed for athletes who want a clear, practical strategy to increase muscle mass and improve overall performance—without feeling like they have to give up social eating or normal teen life. Athletes will learn how to add the right foods to support training, recovery, and growth, creating a sustainable nutrition approach that fits their lifestyle.
This is an exclusive semi-private clinic limited to six (6) athletes, creating a supportive environment alongside peers who are serious about prioritizing their nutrition and performance. Each athlete will receive guidance tailored to their individual needs and goals, along with tools they can use immediately.
To protect the trust and openness of the group, athletes will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement agreeing not to share personal details discussed by other participants. This helps create a safe, respectful space for learning and growth.
Parent Information:
Parents do not attend the clinic session. However, additional
parental permission is required for participation. Following the
clinic, each athlete will receive a personalized nutrition
strategy, which will be shared with both the athlete and parent to
support follow-through at home.
Important Note:
This clinic provides general, performance-focused nutrition
education and an individualized strategy for athletes. It is not a
substitute for medical care, therapy, or clinical nutrition
treatment. Athletes who require medical or therapeutic support are
encouraged to work with a licensed healthcare professional.
