Our coaches have selected members to take part in our East Van vs Poco sparring trials, starting at 1:30 PM. This event is a great opportunity to watch your teammates step into the ring for a learning spar as they prepare for their upcoming tryouts. Let’s come together as a team and show our support for those putting their skills to the test.
