Great mindfulness teachers. No matter where you are coming from Libby and your team do a great job to support you and make you feel part of the community. Before and after class they are always available if you have questions about a specific pose, which is really helpful if you are wanna to improve. 10/10 would recommend over and over.

New to the area and wanted to try DDY as I really enjoy the baptiste style flow.  Lovely studio with a good vibe.   First class today with jay was very enjoyable and a good challenge.  Highly recommend for power yoga, although I have not tried the other classes yet.  Will definitely return soon.

I visited one of Emily’s classes for  Saturday morning. I was from out of town, so I booked online and walked to the studio the next morning. It’s a lovely space and Emily was very welcoming. During the flow I felt empowered. I was mostly one or two poses behind but the movement felt great and everyone in class  was reminding each other of our breaths through sound. Emily was able to encourage us and aid some poses with blocks or inversion. Next time I am in town I’ll be stopping by.

I’ve been enjoying all the teachers who have been teaching the “power” classes. I have especially appreciated the organized approach they use regarding the waitlist when classes are full. Email notifications and personal texts ensure you will not miss a chance if a spot opens up. Super responsive!

I’ve only been coming here 2 months but I can honestly say this studio is transforming and deepening my practice. Each class I notice myself getting stronger and poses becoming easier. Non judge mental and community type of atmosphere. Libby is a seasoned teacher with unique approaches to keep your attention. Maty is new to teaching and extremely attentive and motivating- growing my practice as she grows in teaching is a beautiful thing. Not only am I getting stronger- but in just 2 months I have lost over 10 pounds. If you are looking for a studio to transform your mind and body and keep you inspired- Dancing Dogs is the place to go.
