Ange began practicing yoga as an alternative to step aerobics
in 2000. Practicing on and off for the past 20 years, it
wasn’t until after her yoga teacher training that she
became a huge fan of Vinyasa Flow and heated yoga. Yoga has
quickly become a way of life for Ange. It is now part of her daily
ritual. She has seen a transformation in her physical strength and
flexibility. It helps calm her mind and relieve the stresses from
day to day life. She hopes her students will feel the same way as
she brings these good intentions to every class.
Ange is proud be trained by Melanie Alexander. Ange continues
her yoga education and training by attending classes, workshops,
and practicing yoga as often as she can.
