Hot Yoga Hilo

What a wonderful place! The teachers are encouraging and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, and the classes are organized and well paced. Hot yoga is an amazing way to challenge your body at your own pace, and nourish your mind and soul, and  I highly recommend Hot Yoga Hilo as a place to do your practice.

It was wonderful to be able to practice so far away from home (Portland, OR area), however the humidity was mind blowing at the beginning.  But it was a great experience and I thank all the instructors who were so kind and helpful.  I have learned a great deal in such a short period from them and now I realize how important it is to visit different studios.  I feel sad to leave some of you folks who became my friends in the week that I was there.  I hope to see them again on the Mainland.  Best regards.  Teakum

I’ve really enjoyed taking classes from Iris.  I like the 60 min hot yoga classes and am appreciative that they are being offered on more days than just Sunday.  I have noticed that the yoga etiquette has changed from when I first started coming to yoga.  Not sure if people don’t know it or just don’t care.  I still struggle with the balancing poses, but I have found hot yoga to be a very good added benefit to my life and well being. Thank you.

One of the few types of exercise I look very much forward to. I can’t get enough of this amazing feeling ONCE  the class is over. It’s so revitalizing! And such a great way to eliminate toxins. I would recommend hot yoga to anyone who wants to start doing something great for your body mind and soul.

I’m visiting the Big Island for a month and HYH has a great deal for visitors. The instructors are on point and the room is HAWT. Highly recommend.

There is nothing quite like the feeling you get AFTER a hot yoga class. I've tried so many different types of classes but nothing makes me feel so energized and refreshed like hot yoga!

Hot Yoga Hilo is a just what I needed! It’s been a handful of years since I’ve been in a hot yoga class and Heather’s class was a wonderful transition back into my practice. The studio is quiet, clean, and has all the main essentials, including a shower! I can’t wait to continue my practice here. It’s the perfect addition to my newly acquired running training! My body feels amazing and it’s only day 1! Thank you Hot Yoga Hilo!
