I have attending Lee's Yoga For Men's class for nearly 5 years now! She is a great instructor for us stiff geezers as she knows how to challenge us yet keep us from being competitive and over-doing it. Her verbal guidance and cues help me stay focused and get the most from each class.
Ginger like her name is a spicy, multifaceted yoga therapist with an insatiable desire to serve others. She is a teacher of Universal truths and holds teacher certifications in multiple lineages and styles. Ginger’s classes are designed to help people find their strength, balance and inner peace. She draws upon her deep knowledge of yoga, her keen observation skills and her heart-felt desire to help others to create classes that improve both physical and emotional health. Ginger was the first yoga teacher to work in Behavioral Health as a contractor in the U.S. Army. Through personal experiences and working with individuals who have experienced trauma, she learned that yoga can be utilized to push through, soften into, and to let go so that people can be their best selves. After years of watching others awaken and heal as a result of yoga, Ginger became a registered school with Yoga Alliance and now offers 200-hour teacher trainings.
