Welcome to Steamtown Hot Yoga & Barre Studio
where we create wellness through community and community through
wellness.
We are currently opererating in our pop-up hot studio
location in downtown, while our new SHY Headquarters in Lace
Village, Scranton is under construction.   
Founded in 2007, join us for Hot Yoga, Barre,
Meditations, SUP Yoga, Wellness Workshops, Advanced Trainings,
Wellness Retreats, and Yoga Training Certifications.
All of our regularly scheduled Yoga and Barre classes
are practiced in a heated room. We welcome all levels into our
classes and no prior experience is needed to find success at
Steamtown Hot Yoga & Barre.
