Katy came to yoga initially for exercise & stress relief but over her 8 years of practice it has become much much more. realizing that there were so many facets to discover, ranging from fitness, to neuroscience, to spiritual exploration and everything in between, she went through teacher training in 2020 & is looking forward to a life long journey of learning to take yoga Off of the mat and into her everyday life. in her classes you can expect strengthening to help create stability, movement to help create space within and a focus on breath to create presence and connection.
