We use an efficent method to help you acheive your goals and
recover from injury as quickly as possible.  Our packages
include personal training, exercise programming and
always-supervised drop-ins with a highly trained staff of coaches.
 
SSC coaches are a non-commissioned staff, so you can rest
assured that our on-floor coaches are there to help you at every
turn without trying to upsell or have other motives. All of our
staff work as a team to get you to where you want to be.  
Strong Side's Free Comprehensive Assessment is a 1 hour
exploration of your story so that we understand you and your needs.
 This is also a time for you to see what we're all about and
