Join Lisa in the kitchen as she shares all about FLAXSEEDS, shows you how to use them and walks you through making amazing Lemon Coconut Flaxseed Protein Balls!
Please come to the session prepared with the following ingredients. The recipe will be shared during the live session.
- 1 cup Old Fashioned oats
- 1⁄4 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1⁄4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut divided
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest from 1 large lemon
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice from 1 large lemon
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
- 1 tablespoon water (or more to achieve the right consistency)
