Yoga Studio

A great hot yoga class and venue. I was able to stretch and workout to my own pace which was pretty much with the class. I am 50 years old and in ok shape. It a judgement free healing experience.

River Flow Yoga and Wellness is a locally-owned,
independent studio located in Columbus, Georgia. Our group yoga
classes are primarily rooted in vinyasa (flow) yoga, which connects
the breath with mindful movement. However, we integrate styles and
philosophies from all four major lineages of yoga (Raja, Jnana,
Bhakti, and Karma) to create a balanced practice for our community
that suits our modern needs.
