Here are the top improvements in this release:
Guest booking (coming soon) – Let new clients book services without creating a password to reduce booking friction and capture more first-time appointments and drop-ins.
Lead Capture Widget customization – Show a custom message and send leads to a booking page, offer, or video so you can convert interest into action instantly.
Control SMS delivery for shared numbers – Choose whether texts are sent once per phone number or per profile, avoiding duplicate messages for families and shared accounts.
Appointment Wait List Cancellation notifications – Automatically alert clients when they’re removed from a waitlist so expectations are clear and communication stays consistent.
Task management in Elevate app – Staff can now manage daily tasks directly on mobile, helping your team stay organized and on top of responsibilities from anywhere.
