Centre de Therapie Allison Weiss is a Montreal, Quebec-based therapy clinic offering one-on-one osteopathy, massage, and muscle therapy. Led by Allison Weiss, the centre has grown into a team of 12, including 9 therapists and 3 receptionists, with appointment lengths ranging from about 30 minutes up to two hours.

Allison emphasized migrating all the customers, package balances for prepaid treatment bundles, and the clinic’s schedule so future booked appointments don’t need to be recreated. She also asked to bring over the client history so the team can still see “when the last time he came, what he bought, with whom,” going back at least one year.
For now, bookings will remain phone-based, while keeping the door open to adding online booking later once the team is fully comfortable in the new system.
