Peak Stretch and Wellness: Holistic Care in Parker, Colorado
Last Updated on 22 July, 2026
How a Doctor of Natural Health with 30 years in fitness built a one-on-one therapeutic studio in Parker — and chose WellnessLiving to run it.
Thirty Years of Fitness, One Focused Studio
Kristine Jazwa has been building a career in fitness and wellness since 1994. That history — more than three decades working with bodies, developing protocols, and earning credentials as a Doctor of Natural Health — is the foundation every service at Peak Stretch and Wellness is built on.
Peak Stretch and Wellness sits in Parker, Colorado, and its mission is direct: create a zen space where people can get healthy in body, mind, and spirit. Kristine describes the client range as running from nine years old to ninety-one, from competitive athletes to people recovering from surgery. What they share is a need for therapeutic care that addresses more than surface-level symptoms.
“A very, very zen space…for people to come and get healthy, both mind, body, and spirit.”
The studio serves a community that has come to trust that standard. Wellness, Kristine believes, is a lifestyle rather than a quick fix — and every service at Peak Stretch reflects that conviction.
Five Service Lines, One Integrated Model
Peak Stretch and Wellness offers five distinct therapeutic services, each designed to address a different dimension of physical health.
One-to-One Holistic Stretch Therapy is the studio’s core offering: personalized, therapist-guided sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle function while relieving chronic tension. Pain Management Therapy takes a more clinical approach, combining advanced soft tissue work, mobility techniques, and neuromuscular therapy to reduce pain at its source.
Scar Release Therapy addresses something most wellness studios do not: the fascial restrictions left by surgery, injury, or trauma. By working through internal scar tissue tethering, it restores movement and nerve function for clients whose mobility has been limited by procedures or accidents. Acupressure Therapy uses targeted pressure on meridian points to improve energy flow, reduce stress, and support the nervous system and sleep.
Holistic Health and Wellness is the fifth pillar, led by Kristine’s doctoral background in natural health. It addresses root causes of health concerns through natural medicine principles, lifestyle optimization, hormonal and metabolic balance, gut health, and nervous system regulation.
Alongside the service menu, Peak Stretch and Wellness offers flexible membership plans and individual session packages, with pricing structures that reflect the studio’s commitment to accessibility — including manual discounts for veterans, nurses, teachers, and police officers, handled individually rather than through automated rules.
Why Kristine Chose WellnessLiving
Kristine had heard of Mindbody but had not used it. She found WellnessLiving through a Facebook ad, clicked through, and came away convinced. “Honestly, I found you guys on a Facebook ad, and I was like, I’m very impressed.”
She was clear about what she needed and equally clear about her limits. “I’m not tech-savvy,” she said — which shaped what she was looking for: a system that could be configured clearly, taught visually, and managed confidently without requiring deep technical knowledge. The ability to build out bookings, memberships, and client management without specialist expertise was the deciding factor.
The booking-to-marketing connection mattered too. Kristine runs Facebook ads and wanted clients to be able to move directly from a call to action into an online appointment booking. “Facebook ads come through…there’s a call to action, and then they can go in and book appointments online. And I want that feature.” WellnessLiving’s widget integration and email and SMS marketing tools close that loop without requiring separate platforms.
The manual pricing flexibility was also specific to how she runs the business. Honoring long-term client rates and applying discounts for community workers — veterans, nurses, teachers, police — are decisions Kristine makes case by case, and she needed a system that supported that without forcing every exception into an automated rule.
What Kristine Is Building
Peak Stretch and Wellness carries 30 years of clinical and fitness expertise into a focused, appointment-based studio in Parker. The clients Kristine serves — athletes pushing performance, adults managing chronic pain, people working through recovery from surgery — all come in looking for care that treats the whole person rather than a single symptom.
Scar release. Acupressure. Stretch therapy. Pain management. Holistic health consultations. Each service is a different entry point into the same model: a body that moves freely lives better.
The infrastructure Kristine chose for the studio matches the standard she holds for the care itself — organized, personalized, and designed to make every visit feel like it was prepared for the specific person walking through the door.
