Customer Spotlight: EneRay Temple of Healing
Last Updated on 16 April, 2026
A Florida-based wellness community blending energy-based technology, practitioners, and purpose-driven support for families.
1. Introducing EneRay Temple of Healing
EneRay Temple of Healing is a Florida wellness center co-owned by Shiela Wyman and Atahana, with Shiela’s daughter Francesca leading the tech and operations side of the business. Together, they’ve built a wellness community centered on energy-based technology inside their space, alongside a rotating calendar of experiences led by visiting practitioners.
In addition to private services and recurring offerings, EneRay also hosts a bunch of different events monthly, creating a hub where clients can book sessions, attend classes, and explore new modalities in one place. The team also shared that EneRay has a mission-driven structure: they operate as both an LLC and a nonprofit, with the nonprofit focused on “supporting families with autism and accessing holistic wellness modalities.”
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
EneRay came to WellnessLiving after going through multiple changes with tools that could not keep up with the way they operate. As Atahana put it, they had “been through a lot of changes with POS systems” and had outgrown what they were using.
They were previously on Moments, but the experience became harder to manage over time. “Moments started off as a good idea, but then I think they sold their company, and it just went downhill from there,” Atahana shared. On top of that, the team ran into limitations with Stripe and other platforms that left them “constantly looking for what will best support us and not limit us.”
What stood out quickly with WellnessLiving was the flexibility to match their unique setup, plus a more empowering onboarding experience. Francesca noted that with their previous system, “they didn’t really show us how they did it… so then I had to figure everything out by myself,” whereas in WellnessLiving, “this is already looking easier, I’m excited!”
3. What They’re Building
EneRay is implementing WellnessLiving to bring structure and self-service to a business model that includes appointments, classes, events, and bookable spots. A major priority is configuring “Book a Spot” to support their EE System setup, including building out availability and durations across 22 chairs.
They’re also preparing to support growth on the practitioner side, including a “monthly, multi-tiered… membership for practitioners to come in,” where practitioners can rent rooms and access the space and technology based on different tier benefits.
On the operations side, Francesca is already building key foundations: client waivers and forms (with plans to consolidate multiple waivers into a cleaner experience), staff accounts, and purchase options such as packages and passes. The team is also planning for a clean transition from Moments by migrating their client list and ensuring active packages carry over accurately.
To complete the client experience, EneRay also opted for a custom-branded app, helping clients book, manage their accounts, and stay connected as the business expands.
4. What Success Looks Like
Success for EneRay means having a platform that can finally keep pace with how they operate: seamless scheduling for their chairs, clear pricing and packages, easy-to-manage events and recurring offerings, and a scalable structure for practitioner memberships and room rentals.
Most importantly, they want a system that supports growth without boxing them in, so they can keep evolving their community and expanding access to holistic wellness for the families they serve. Follow along their journey on this Instagram!
