CAASI is getting a major upgrade. CAASI Chat Agent handles the whole request inside your website chat: booking treatments, joining waitlists for sold-out services, sharing purchase links for gift cards, retail skincare, or memberships, and checking account balances. Train it on your own policies, FAQs, and dos and don’ts so responses reflect your brand. Businesses running CAASI Chat today are capturing 32% more leads.
CAASI Phone Agent brings the same intelligent front desk to your phone line. Clients can now bring friends to educational classes, wellness drop-ins, and workshops with Guest Passes. Every guest is tracked automatically, the referring client shows up on the attendance list, and Marketing Suite nurtures the new lead from there. No ad spend, just clients bringing clients.
Track client journeys and save drafts in Marketing Suite
The recipients tab now shows a current step column and a lead stage column, so you can see exactly where every client stands in their journey. Sort by step, stage, or status, with hover previews on SMS and push content.
Draft Mode lets you save any automation while you’re still building it, and you can duplicate an existing automation as a draft. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Simplify bookings for connected clients
Booking on behalf of someone else just got simpler. Clients now pick the attendee at the start of the flow, so a couple booking massages together lands on the correct receipts, a mom booking a facial for her daughter lands on the right profile, and every appointment lines up cleanly at check-in.
You can also add up to five Secondary Contacts to a client account. A partner tracking a med spa treatment plan, a caregiver managing wellness appointments, or a family member now gets the same account and schedule notifications as the primary contact, instead of missing payment receipts and renewals.
Serve clients anywhere with Off-Site Locations
Mobile services, corporate wellness days, bridal showcases, pop-up beauty events: Off-Site Locations show accurate venue info throughout the booking experience while keeping revenue, payroll, and reporting tied to your primary location. Clients see the correct address, a working map, and directions in their reminders. They can even filter the booking widget to offsite sessions only.
Speed up front desk workflows
New Quick Auto Check-In settings give staff more control at busy front desks: how long results stay on screen (with separate timing for successful and failed scans) and whether staff stay on their current view after each scan instead of bouncing back and forth.
Personalize your online store
The new Customizable Store Widget lets you create multiple branded storefronts with unique colours, fonts, and product selections. A med spa can run one page for injectable packages, another for a retail skincare line, another for monthly memberships, and another for holiday gift cards, each one branded to match your site. A dedicated editor with live desktop and mobile previews shows exactly what clients see before you publish.

Clients on the Achieve App get the best-in-class booking experience powered by the latest React Schedule Widget, making it easier to book for family members, guests, and groups.
Simplify tuition management for beauty academies (coming soon)
If you run a cosmetology, esthetician, or barbering certification program, Tuition Plans replace manual semester billing. Build a complete installment schedule with registration fees and multi-enrollment discounts built in. Set a program cap, enroll multiple students under one paying account, and let mid-program joins pro-rate automatically based on your own rules. Every student gets an itemized receipt. Ready in time for fall enrollment.
