Behind the Build: Meet the Customers Who Shaped Release 26.71
Last Updated on 17 February, 2026
Every release starts with a real conversation. Not in a boardroom or on a roadmap slide, but with an owner, manager, or team member sharing an idea to make their day smoother and their business stronger.
Release 26.71 is filled with meaningful upgrades, each inspired by the businesses that power our community every day. In this article, you’ll meet the customers who helped shape Release 26.71 and see how their ideas turned into real improvements across the platform.
These release notes include:
GoHighLevel integration
📍Annapolis, Maryland — Visit Natural Benefits
Steve Torzone, Natural Benefits owner, told us what many businesses using WellnessLiving and GoHighLevel already know: when your systems don’t connect, your team ends up doing the same work twice.
Steve’s feedback helped shape our new GoHighLevel integration, which syncs key client information and activity, so your marketing responds faster, and your database stays cleaner. The result is a more connected workflow that supports stronger lead capture without the busy work.
Schedule improvements
📍Pineville, North Carolina – Visit Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic
Melanie Berry, Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic owner, knows how quickly schedules can get complicated as teams grow. She asked for upgrades that reduce confusion in staff calendars, especially when managing availability at multiple locations.
Her feedback helped steer two improvements. Closed business days scheduled in the web app now appear automatically in the Elevate Staff App, and staff can set an unavailable time once and apply it across all business locations.
Clearer product links
📍Hamilton and Raglan, New Zealand – Visit Lifted Pilates
Raph Henderson from Lifted Pilates pointed out that in every sale, the link you share should match the moment. Sometimes clients need details. Other times, they’re ready to buy and require fewer steps.
That insight led to clearer product links. You can now choose whether to send clients to a product details page or straight to checkout, helping you move interested clients to purchase faster.
Reset client passwords in the Elevate Staff App
📍Grass Valley, California – Visit Generations Health Club and Spa
Wendy Quist, owner of Generations Health Club and Spa, knows the all-too-familiar front desk moment when a client is ready to book or check in, but can’t log in and needs help right away.
Her input inspired password resets in the Elevate Staff App. Staff can now reset or help set a client’s password directly from the client’s profile, which helps solve issues on the spot.
Client profile attachments in the Achieve App
📍Corona, California – Visit Futures Training Center
Brandon Oliver, Futures Training Center co-founder, highlighted a common frustration where clients couldn’t access documents in the Achieve App, leaving staff to resend files that should have been easy to find.
His day-to-day experience helped drive a better solution. Clients can now view and download attachments right from their profile in the Achieve App, so the resources you share stay accessible anytime and right where clients already engage.
Expanded payroll details
📍Fort Bragg, California – Visit Rise and Be Well
Rise and Be Well Owner Ryan Marie showed what payroll really looks like behind the scenes, especially when pay includes commissions and add-ons. When reporting doesn’t reveal the full picture, payroll can take longer and leaves room for mistakes.
That feedback led to expanded payroll details, with new optional columns, such as attendance status, service revenue, add-ons, and payment details. Everything stays customizable and exportable, so you can pull the exact information you need and calculate pay with clarity and confidence.
