📍 Grand Rapids, Michigan — Visit Funky Buddha Yoga Hothouse
Cathy VanKuiken, Owner, and Carina Easley-Appleyard, Studio Manager at Funky Buddha Yoga Hothouse, built a studio known for high-energy hot yoga, a welcoming community, and a real commitment to accessibility. When a member wants to bring a friend to class, the door should already be open. Managing free guest visits by hand (tracking who was invited, what they’re eligible for, and when the invite expires) takes that openness away.
Their feedback helped shape Guest Passes in Release 26.73. You can now attach guest visits to any membership and let members send invites right from the Achieve App. You set the rules on eligibility, expiration, and frequency. Your members handle the rest. Mary’s feedback drove a redesign of the auto check-in flow. When a scan is blocked, your team now sees the client’s photo, name, service, and block reason on one screen, plus a one-tap link to their profile.
