Jen Kalz, Unleash Studio: Mind, Body, Bungee owner, wanted a simple way for clients to book spots for friends and family in a single flow. She also asked for clear visibility into availability and eligibility to avoid booking errors.
Her feedback inspired the new group booking experience, which allows clients to book multiple attendees at once. This helps businesses like yours fill more spots while delivering an easy booking experience.
Flexible late cancel and no-show rules
📍Ferndale, WA – Visit Flow Motion
Alyssa Spring’s clients at Flow Motion wanted more flexibility when life got in the way. They prefer keeping their studio visits and paying a fee instead of losing the value of their visit. As a business owner, Alyssa also wanted the option to return a visit without sacrificing revenue. Those insights led to flexible late cancel and no-show rules that give owners full control over how visits and fees are handled while maintaining positive client relationships.

Ron Kodl, owner of The Well Studio, identified that previous client reviews reports lacked clarity. His feedback guided a full report cleanup that introduced clearer terminology, improved organization, and a more complete view of client feedback. Clear attendance and purchase details in the Achieve App
📍 Grand Rapids, MI – Visit Funky Buddha Yoga
Cathy VanKuiken, owner of Funky Buddha Yoga, highlighted that clients using the Achieve App couldn’t easily see when their passes or memberships would expire. To resolve this, expiration dates are now shown on all active purchase options in the Purchases tab. This enhancement helps clients efficiently manage their memberships and reduces support questions for staff.

Krista Mauss, Pole Revolution owner, wanted an efficient way to grant service access when setting up purchase options. Her feedback resulted in a cleaner search experience with nested categories that clearly separate active and inactive services.
