Meet Rosie White
Rosie’s yoga journey began as a way to manage anxiety. “About 15 years ago, I was struggling with debilitating anxiety. Yoga was one of the things I put in my toolbox to help me handle it,” she explains.
After moving to Bradford, she frequently attended a hot yoga studio—until it suddenly closed. Determined to keep the practice alive in her community, Rosie stepped up to open her own studio, all while continuing her career as a full-time schoolteacher.
“I opened this studio because I wanted to help people. We’ve grown quite the community. It’s amazing,” she says.
