1. Introducing Amplified Healing
Amplified Healing is a Miami-based wellness studio centered around light-based recovery and relaxation experiences. Clients can book sessions for red light therapy (offered in 30-minute and 1-hour options) and the Energy Enhancement (EE) system, where up to seven people can reserve time across loungers and flatbeds.
Beyond hourly sessions, the studio also offers EE overnight stays, with Ilona noting it may run 9-to-9 for a 12-hour experience. Looking ahead, Ilona also plans occasional community events like “sound bowl healing, meditations, maybe some workshops.”
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
Amplified Healing is returning to WellnessLiving with clear eyes on what will make operations easier this time around. The business previously ran on WellnessLiving for “about 2 and a half years,” then moved to Zenoti, and is now migrating back with a focus on flexibility and a cleaner setup.
Ilona wants to mirror 90% of what worked in the earlier WellnessLiving configuration, while updating services to reflect newer offerings like red light therapy. Just as importantly, the team is rethinking an old Zenoti scheduling workaround (treating chairs as staff) that Michele described as “a pain in the butt,” especially when trying to close early or block last-minute bookings.
3. What They’re Building
With WellnessLiving, Ilona’s priority is creating a smoother client booking experience while reducing admin time behind the scenes. The plan is to structure the business around Book-a-Spot assets (instead of assigning “dummy staff”) so clients can reserve the exact resource they need, whether it’s a single red light bed or space in the EE room.
They’re also focused on getting the essentials live quickly: online payments, an online waiver (“just sign here!”), and add-ons like the Rose Petal Detox Foot Bath as an enhancement that can grow into a broader upgrade menu over time.
On the migration side, they’re preparing to bring over roughly 800 contacts, plus key historical and operational data, including attendance history back to January 2023, family relationships, purchase options, and any upcoming bookings. Their WellnessLiving representatives will be with them every step of the way as they migrate all their data and customers.
4. What Success Looks Like
For Amplified Healing, success is both operational and growth-focused. Internally, it means bookings run reliably without complicated workarounds, and the team can confidently manage availability with tools like WellnessLiving’s closed day function to prevent last-minute scheduling issues.
Externally, it’s about reactivating a large client list through marketing tools inside the platform. As Ilona put it: “I’m going to be launching a newsletter through WellnessLiving, I’m gonna do text message campaigns… It’s made my goal to re-engage those clients much easier.”
