Customer Spotlight: Confetti Play Place and Event Center
Last Updated on 27 March, 2026
A family-run play town where open play, parties, and community events come together under one roof.
1. Introducing Confetti Play Place and Event Center
Christine Davis is bringing a fresh concept to families in Hermitage, Tennessee: Confetti Play Place and Event Center. They’ve created a brand-new indoor play space designed to “look just like a little town,” complete with play houses, slides, and STEM toys. Confetti is built for little ones, from crawling to 6 years old, with a strong focus on easy, repeatable experiences like a 2-hour open play pass, plus birthday parties and lots of community events.
What makes Confetti especially unique is how it connects to the family’s existing businesses in the same shopping center. Guests will be able to order drinks from their coffee shop, Romeo Records and Cafe, for delivery to Confetti. Onsite, they’ll also have The Dancing Dog concession stand serving gourmet hot dogs, jumbo pretzels, and nachos.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
For Confetti, the decision came down to finding a system without overcomplicating the day-to-day experience for both staff and parents. They needed a system that could support:
- loyalty and rewards programs
- 24/7 AI front desk agent
- easy-to-use reporting and analytics
- built-in message center for quick communication
- email and SMS marketing to help them grow
Before choosing WellnessLiving, Christine and her family did demos with lots of different software companies. But as Christine put it, “we loved you guys more.”
3. What They’re Building
Christine is setting up Confetti with a clear customer journey in mind, starting with open play scheduling and capacity management. A key decision was whether to register parents only or to have children booked as the actual attendees.
Christine quickly leaned toward the latter: “I think I like that idea better,” especially because it helps keep capacity accurate and allows her to capture important details like birthdays for better personalization and promotions.
With WellnessLiving, Confetti is building a streamlined front-desk and self-serve experience that includes:
- Online self-registration with family relationships (parents can add children during signup), plus an easy QR code option for walk-ins to register on their phones in-store.
- Waivers stored directly in each client profile, so returning families don’t have to re-sign unless the waiver changes.
- Purchases and access via passes and memberships (monthly and yearly options).
- Birthday party booking built as a structured workflow, with the parent booking and paying, and an event-style RSVP list for kids attending.
- A white-label mobile app (via the Achieve team) and a new website were built to tie the whole experience together.
Because Confetti also plans to sell concession items through the system, they’re preparing internal operations to keep communication tight between the front desk and the food and beverage teams, with a simple manual workflow (headsets/two-way radio) to start.
4. What Success Looks Like
For Confetti, success with WellnessLiving means getting launched quickly with the essentials done right: clear policies, smooth online registration, accurate capacity tracking for open play, and a setup that supports both day-to-day visits and high-value events like birthday parties.
Christine is excited to see where her business can go with WellnessLiving, “I was nervous, but… it doesn’t seem as hard as I thought it was gonna be.”
With the foundations in place and their app and website underway, Confetti is focused on opening with a polished, family-friendly experience that’s easy to manage behind the scenes and easy to use for every parent walking through the door. Follow along with their journey on their Instagram!
