Customer Spotlight: Inner G Health
Last Updated on 2 April, 2026
Massage and bodywork practice focused on making booking, intake, and client management feel effortless for both clients and staff.
1. Introducing Inner G Health
Inner G Health is an appointment-based massage and bodywork business led by owner Griselle Quinones.
Their mission centers on helping individuals achieve lasting healing through outcome-based, restorative care that supports the body’s natural ability to recover. They focus on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and reconnecting people with their body’s inner intelligence, promoting self-awareness, resilience, and a holistic, whole-person approach to well-being.
With multiple treatment rooms and a team of therapists, Inner G Health offers a range of session lengths, ranging from 30 to 120-minute appointments. Most sessions are one-on-one, with couples massage handled as a request-based service to keep scheduling clean and intentional.
2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving
Inner G Health is moving over from MassageBook, where they’ve been managing online booking and client records for a growing community of clients. As they prepare for the next stage of the business, they wanted a platform that can support a more polished client experience, including:
- branded app for clients
- advanced client management tools
- loyalty and rewards programs
- automated email and SMS marketing
- online booking and scheduling
Griselle also called out a feature they’re excited to introduce that wasn’t available in their previous system: “I’m looking forward to using the family relationships on WellnessLiving.” Just as importantly, they’re approaching the transition with a practical mindset: “We’re gonna keep it simple,” building a setup that works today while leaving room to expand features like assets later if needed.
3. What They’re Building
In WellnessLiving, Inner G Health is focused on getting the essentials right for their processes: appointment scheduling, service organization (with clear naming by duration), online waivers and intake workflows, and purchase options for both drop-ins and packages.
They’re also planning a full data migration from MassageBook, including approximately 2,600 client profiles, attendance history back to 2019, and future appointments through summer 2026. On the operational side, the team is also setting up staff profiles and permissions, notifications, time clock workflows, and even security controls like IP address restrictions to manage where staff can access the system.
4. What Success Looks Like
Inner G Health defines success as a confident, streamlined switch from their previous software, with clients able to book, sign required forms, and manage their experience through a more modern setup, including a branded app.
In the long run, the foundation they’re building now will help them stay organized as bookings grow, while keeping the day-to-day experience simple for staff and seamless for clients. You can follow their journey on their Instagram.
