1. Introducing Megan’s Mobile Swim School
Based in Florida, Megan’s Mobile Swim School brings swim instruction directly to clients’ homes, serving families across multiple areas of the Tampa Bay region.
As Megan’s fiancé and IT specialist Sandro explained, the team coordinates lessons across 10 instructors and aims to manage over 300 lessons a week at peak volume. From there, Megan stays in control of scheduling to account for real-world logistics like drive time and neighborhood routing. As Sandro put it, keeping the schedule flexible helps them avoid static buffers and stay “as fluid as possible” when building instructor routes.
They’re also implementing the essentials that reduce admin work week-to-week:

- A White Label App, which will give clients a branded, mobile-first way to manage their lessons without relying on third-party portals
4. What Success Looks Like
